It’s not too often we get something really neat for free.  OnOne Software is offering a free download of their Perfect Effects software.  This can be used as a stand-alone product.   It makes special effects quick and easy. It builds layers for editing effects individually and includes many fun categories such as HDR and Vintage.  For people who don’t want to get bogged down with lots of edits, this is lots of fun!
