Almond and Coconut Granola

Almond and Coconut Granola

Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

Line a sheet tray with parchment paper.

1 cup sliced almonds

¼ cup pine nuts

¼ cup walnuts

½ cup rolled oats

½ cup unsweetened flaked coconut

1/8 cup coconut oil

1/8 cup honey

½ teaspoon sea salt

½ cup chopped dried apricots

Mix all the ingredients except apricots, spread out on the sheet tray and bake 30 minutes. Add the apricots and let cool for 15 minutes.
